MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

JOYCE BIHARY, Bankruptcy Judge.

The plaintiff filed a complaint seeking a determination that a $75,000.00 judgment debt in favor of the plaintiff is not dis-chargeable in bankruptcy under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). This is a core proceeding within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I). A trial was held on this matter on February 1, 1989, and the Court gave counsel an opportunity to file post-trial briefs.
