MEMORANDUM OPINION

BENJAMIN COHEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court for trial on the Complaint to Determine Dis-chargeability of Debt filed by Mr. Joseph M. Dorian. Mr. Joseph M. Dorian, the plaintiff; Mr. Wilbur L. Cornner, the defendant; Mr. J. Haran Lowe, Jr. and Mr. David L. Rawls, attorneys for the plaintiff; and Mr. Rodger M. Smitherman, attorney for the defendant, appeared.
