Metromedia Company (“Metromedia”), the plaintiff, has moved for summary judgment under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7056 in this adversary proceeding it commenced against the debtor, William D. Fugazy, Sr., to declare the nondis-chargeability of its debt under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(2)(B), (a)(4) and (a)(6).
