Plaintiff Scottsdale Insurance Company (“Scottsdale”) initiated this action on November 20, 2012, seeking, among other things, a declaration from the Court that it is not required to defend United Industries & Construction Corp. (“United”) against two underlying lawsuits. (Compl. (Doc. No. 1) at 14.) Scottsdale subsequently disclaimed its duty to defend United against an additional lawsuit, and on January 15, 2013 filed an Amended Complaint seeking the same relief with respect to all three underlying lawsuits (collectively, the…
