*564In a consolidated action, inter alia, to recover damages for medical malpractice and lack of informed consent, the defendants Emergency Medical Association of New York, EC., and James Dwyer appeal, and the defendant Catskill Regional Medical Center separately appeals, as limited by their respective briefs, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Loehr, J.), entered January 10, 2008, as denied their separate motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against each of them.
