This is a suit by a school district against a student and her mother to review a finding that the child is entitled to special educational services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et. seq. and analogous state law, Ohio Rev.Code § 3323.01 et seq. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331. Pending are defendants’ motion for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. .56 and plaintiffs cross motion for judgment on the record.
