This is an appeal by the administrator of the Estate of C. Sancha, deceased, from the judgment entered in favor of respondent, Helen Knight Sancha. Her action was brought to enforce specific performance of an oral contract entered into in May, 1926.

Concerning that contract and the relations of the parties thereafter, the trial court made the following findings: On May 1,1926, in Reno, Nevada, respondent and Sancha entered into an oral contract whereby respondent on her part promised to become, and live with Sancha as “his common-law wife”; - to devote all her attention exclusively to making a…
