This case under the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. , presents an issue of first impression within the Third Circuit: whether a blood plasma donation center meets the definition of a "public accommodation" under the ADA. Plaintiff George Matheis, Jr. brings this action, alleging that Defendant CSL Plasma Inc.1 ("CSL") unlawfully discriminated against him due to his disability.
