KENNEDY, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff Sue Ann Roush appeals the order of the District Court granting summary judgment to defendant, Weastee, Inc., in this action alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), and the Ohio Civil Rights Act. For the reasons stated, we AFFIRM in part, and REVERSE in part.
