This is an appeal coming direct to this Court from the chancery court of Hamilton County, where it was held that picketing by a union of complainant’s place of business on Broad Street in Chattanooga was legal, though no labor dispute existed.
The facts are that complainant operates a store and employs eight men who lay linoleum in homes and newly constructed houses. Beginning in January, 1947, the defendant union, through its agents, began an effort to unionize complainant’s employees.
