On October 22, 2001, Plaintiff Brian Kleinberg (“Plaintiff’ or “Kleinberg”) filed this action against Enhance Financial Services Group, Inc. (“Enhance”) and the company that acquired Enhance, Radian Group, Inc. (“Radian”) (collectively, “Defendants”).
