This action of tort to recover compensation for personal injuries was tried to a jury. A verdict was returned for the plaintiff, and the case now comes before us on the defendant’s exceptions to the denial of its motion for a directed verdict, to the judge’s refusal to give certain instructions to the jury, to the admission of certain evidence, and to the judge’s charge.
