JERRY E. SMITH, Circuit Judge:

Henry Skinner, convicted of capital murder and sentenced to death, appeals the denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. We find no error and affirm.

We described the facts and procedural history in Skinner v. Quarterman, 528 F.3d 336, 339-40 (5th Cir.2008). In summary, Skinner lived with his girlfriend Twila Busby and her two mentally retarded sons, Randy Busby and Elwin Caler.
