LEDERBERG, Justice.

This case came before the Supreme Court on a petition for certiorari by Technic, Inc. (Technic or petitioner), to review a judgment of the District Court that affirmed a final decision rendered by the Board of Review (board) of the Department of Employment and Training (DET). The board affirmed the DET’s determination that Wayne Young, Jr. (claimant), a former employee of Technic, was eligible for unemployment benefits because he was terminated under non-disqualifying conditions.
