The appellant, Bill Stair, appeals from a denial of his motion to intervene in certain proceedings concerning the two natural children of his former wife, Noemi Stair, and the denial of his petition to review. Stair was not the natural father of the children; nor had he adopted them. He raises three points on appeal, but they really boil down to one point — whether the juvenile judge correctly denied his participation in the proceedings dealing with Noemi Stair’s children in which he claimed an interest.
