Appellants Custom Extrusion (Custom), and Arvin North American Automotive (Ar-vin I and I1) 2 (collectively referred to as Employers") appeal from decisions of the Review Board of the Indiana Department of Employment and Training Services (Review Board) granting unemployment benefits to employees who had previously been on strike. We rephrase the common issues for our review as:
