Appeals from two judgments of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered January 16, 2004, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of grand larceny in the fourth degree and attempted robbery in the first degree.

Defendant was charged with robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.
