Suit by appellee against appellants to foreclose a mortgage on real estate. The complaint was answered by a general denial and a plea of no consideration.

Appellant, Laura L. Cates, filed a cross-complaint against appellee to quiet title to the real estate upon which foreclosure was sought. Appellee filed a general denial to the cross-complaint and a reply in general denial to the answer of no consideration. Trial by court resulted in a finding for appellee upon the complaint, and against appellant, Laura L. Cates, on her cross-complaint. Judgment was rendered accordingly upon the notes and…
