Wood, J. —

This was an action by appellant against appellee for the collection of a promissory note. The complaint was in the usual form of complaints in actions of this kind. Appellee filed an answer in seven paragraphs. The first paragraph was a general denial. The second paragraph pleaded want of consideration. The third paragraph pleaded want of consideration as to all of the principal amount of said note in excess of the sum of $35.
