This appeal involves the jurisdiction of the Michigan Bureau of Workers’ Disability Compensation. The question is whether the Bureau has jurisdiction pursuant to Michigan’s Workers’ Disability Compensation Act over a disability claim filed by a nonresident who was injured while working in Michigan. MCL 418.101 et seq.; MSA 17.237(101) et seq.
