Two questions are presented upon this appeal: first, whether Leigh Aitchison was at the time of her injury an employee of Leigh Aitchison, Inc.; second, whether an employee whose occupation does not require her to be on the street to such an extent as to' substantially increase the hazards, of the employment beyond those to which the public is. generally exposed, is entitled to receive compensation for injuries sustained from a slippery sidewalk not a part of the employer’s premises.
