OPINION OF THE COURT
GREENBERG, Circuit Judge.
This case comes on before this court on appeal from a final judgment of conviction and sentence entered in the district court following defendant-appehant Milton Milan’s conviction by a jury on 14 counts of mail fraud, wire fraud, money laundering, and related criminal conspiracies in part for his activities undertaken while in public office. The district court sentenced Milan, *276the former mayor and city council president of the City of Camden, New Jersey, to 87 months imprisonment.
