This habeas appeal requires us to determine whether the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) of the United States Department of Justice has accurately computed the amount of time petitioner Anthony Ruggi-ano, Jr. must serve on his federal sentence. In early 1998, Ruggiano was sentenced to 112 months in federal prison by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (Roettger, J.)
