This is an interpleader to determine who is entitled to a fund paid into court by the Police Beneficiary Association and the Prudential Insurance Company of America. The plaintiff is Elizabeth Stockberger, guardian ad litem of Doris E. Stockberger, and the defendant is Conrad J. Maag, guardian of the estate of Catherine Stockberger. Doris E. Stockberger is the daughter of Charles H. Stockberger, who died on July 14, 1933, and Catherine Stockberger is his widow, having been his second wife.
