¶1. The Petitioner, Ira Lee Anderson-El, II (Anderson-El), seeks review of a published decision of the court of appeals, State ex rel. Anderson-El v. Cooke, 225 Wis. 2d 604, 593 N.W.2d 98 (Ct. App. 1999). The issue in this case is whether the failure of the Department of Corrections (Department) to provide Anderson-El with written notice of the time of his disciplinary proceedings, contrary to Wis.
