Before the Court are the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole’s (Board) preliminary objections to a Peti tion for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by Nicholas Paz (petitioner), proceeding pro se, on May 10, 1989. 1

Petitioner is a prisoner at the State Correctional Institution at Graterford. The following is a synopsis of the facts as he alleges them in his petition. Petitioner was paroled in the summer of 1985, after having served three years of a one to five year sentence imposed by the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
