Appellant, George A. Fisher, brought this action in equity as a stockholder in the National Mortgage Loan Company, a corporation, upon behalf of himself and all other stockholders similarly situated, against said corporation and John C. Hartigan, Albert F. Ackerman, Frank Simodynes, Otto H. Brockman, William Mueller and P. A. Bindernagle, its directors.
