Robert E. Imperiale, Jr., appeals from an order denying his petition for letters of administration in the estate of Donna M. Trego, deceased, and granting letters to respondents George and Ardyce Dysert.

Appellant first petitioned for appointment as guardian ad litem of his children, Rene and Rhett, in the estate of the decedent, their mother. The petition was granted.
