This action was brought to recover damages for personal injuries. The cause was tried to the court and a jury and resulted in a verdict in the sum of $11,600. The defendant interposed a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and also for a new trial, both of which were overruled. Judgment was entered upon the verdict and the defendant appeals.
