MARING, Justice.

[¶ 1] David James Hafner appealed from a judgment convicting him of maintaining a public nuisance in violation of N.D.C.C. § 42-01-15. We conclude the jury instructions were consistent with the applicable law and the trial court did not err in denying Haf-ner’s motion for acquittal. We therefore affirm.
