The appellees, J. J. Pandapas and W. P. Carver, instituted this proceeding under the declaratory judgments law, Code, § 8-578, against appellants, W. O. Hamlin and his wife, Jeannette Hamlin, seeking a determination of the location, width and nature of certain easements granted appellants’ predecessor in title in and over their land, and also to enjoin certain alleged acts of trespass by appellants upon the land of appellee, J.
