Plaintiff Glenn Burns filed this suit against defendant Brown Express Company, Inc., in McLennan County to recover for damages to plaintiff’s tractor-trailer truck caused by a collision on Interstate Highway 35 in McLennan County between plaintiff’s truck and a truck owned by defendant.
