Plaintiff in error Mrs. Ann E. Rankin, joined by her husband, sued defendants in error Nash-Texas Company and F. L. Euless for damages for personal injuries suffered by Mrs. Rankin when her automobile in which she was riding, driven by a negro chauffeur alleged to be a servant of the Nash-Texas Company, struck another automobile and was struck by a third automobile driven by a stepdaughter of Euless.
