Plaintiff GenopsGroup LLC (“Genops”) has sued defendants Public House Investments, LLC (“PHI”) and Public Irish Pub, LLC (“PIP”) for their alleged failure pay plaintiff under two separate contracts for the build-out of the storefront and interior of a restaurant in National Harbor, Maryland. The defendants removed the case to federal court (Notice of Removal, May 27, 2014 [Dkt.
