¶1 Aiken, St. Louis, and Siljeg, P.S., moved to enforce its attorney’s lien under RCW 60.40.010(1)(d) against Jennifer Linth in her personal capacity, remove Linth as trustee of the Evelyn Plant Trust (Trust), appoint a new trustee, and compel the sale of the Trust’s real property.
