GREENE, Judge.

Our review of the Commission’s award is limited to determining whether any competent evidence supported the Commission’s findings and whether such findings are legally sufficient to support the Commission’s conclusions of law. McLean v. Roadway Express, Inc., 307 N.C. 99, 102, 296 S.E. 2d 456, 459 (1982).
