—The appeal is from an order in proceedings to determine heirship in the estate of the above-named decedent who died intestate. The order determined that respondent Bernice Schwartz, stepdaughter of decedent, only-daughter and sole heir of his predeceased wife Mabel, was entitled to distribution of the entire estate of . said decedent under the provisions of Probate Code section 228.
