Appeal from Court of Chancery. The appellant sought an injunction in the court below to enjoin the sale and transfer of three shares of stock of the Kehoe Stenograph Company, ownership of which was claimed by the appellant. An answer was filed to the bill and supplemental bill in the court below, executed by Julius Strauss, as president, and Abraham M.
