MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LAKE, District Judge.
Plaintiffs, Byron Johnson, Willie Anderson, Dorothy Robinson, Veronica Powell, and Linda Dickey, bring this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against defendants, the Houston Independent School District, Frank Pe-truzielo, and Faye Bryant, for race discrimination and retaliation in violation of rights guaranteed by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
