Clifton Williams, appellee, instituted this suit, seeking to recover damages from ■appellant, Beaumont City Lines, Inc., alleging that his wife, Sophie Williams, entered a bus operated by appellant and paid her fare and had turned to leave the bus for the purpose of re-entering it from the rear; that the driver failed to keep the •bus stationary and was thus negligent, causing the injuries complained of.
