Plaintiff-appellant, Point East Condominium Owners’ Association, Inc. (“Point East”), appeals from the trial court’s granting of summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees Cedar House Associates Company (“Cedar House”), Davis Development Group (a.k.a. “Davis Construction”), and E.B. Katz Plumbing Company (“Katz”). Plaintiffs claims arose out of the 1986-1987 damage resulting from leaking sprinkler systems in the common ceiling areas of the Point East Condominium.
