Onvil Robinson and Lara Fyfe 1 (“Plaintiffs”) sued Dorothy R. Currey and Jack L. Currey 2 (“Defendants”) regarding a condominium unit Plaintiffs purchased from Defendants. Plaintiffs based their claims against Defendants upon the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act, Tenn.Code Ann. § 47-18-101 et. seq., and the Tennessee Residential Property Disclosures Act, Tenn.Code Ann. § 66-5-201 et. seq.
