We granted permission to appeal in this case to determine whether the Court of Appeals erred in reversing the trial court’s judgment granting summary judgment for Defendant. In resolving this issue, we must also determine whether Tennessee recognizes the “method of operation” theory in premises liability cases and whether Plaintiffs reliance upon that theory is appropriate, as a matter of law, in this case.
