The claimant, Charles Gordon, sustained accidental injuries on March 23, 1976, arising out of and in the course of his employment with the respondent, Firestone Tire and Rubber Company (Firestone). Both parties sought review after an Industrial Commission arbitrator awarded compensation for 18 weeks of temporary total disability and a 15% permanent and complete loss of use of claimant’s left arm.
