An arbitrator for the Industrial Commission found that petitioner, Michael J. Paul, had suffered an accidental injury while employed by respondent, J. M. Jones Company, and awarded him compensation for a period of temporary total disability of 5 3/7 weeks. Pursuant to section 19(b) of the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Ill. Rev.
