DUFRESNE, Active Retired Justice.

Walter Franzen was indicted for aggravated assault with the use of a dangerous weapon upon George L. Lunt under 17-A M.R.S.A. § 208(1)(B), a Class B crime, and for criminal threatening with the use of a dangerous weapon of Frederick L. Linscott under 17-A M.R.S.A. § 209, a Class C crime. Following a jury trial in Superior Court (Hancock County), Franzen was found guilty of the charges and appeals from the convictions. We affirm the Superior Court judgment.
