Merle Perry appeals from a conviction following a jury trial in Superior Court (Oxford County) for disorderly conduct (17-A M.R.S.A. § 501(1)(C) (1983)), criminal mischief (17-A M.R.S.A. § 806 (1983)), and Class D escape (17-A M.R.S.A. § 755 (1983)) all of which arise out of an incident in Rumford on May 28, 1982. Perry alleges the trial court erred in its jury instructions and in denying his motion to arrest judgment.
