This is an appeal from the district court of Tulsa county wherein Richard Johnson and Noah. Laverne Tucker were jointly tried and found guilty of robbery with firearms, and were each sentenced to imprisonment at hard labor in the penitentiary at McAlester for a term of 25 years. The judgments and sentences were rendered and entered on the 28th day of November, 1938. An appeal was perfected by filing in this court on May 25, 1939, their petition in error with case-made attached.
