Defendants, George L. McKee and Toots Wilson, were charged jointly in the justice of the peace court of the city of Drumright, with Weldon Simmons, Mrs. Weldon Simmons and Mrs. Toots Wilson, with the crime of “breach of the peace”, on the 23rd day of December, 1910. The defendants were convicted and given a fine and jail imprisonment sentence. They appealed to< the superior court of Creek county and were there tried before a jury, and the defendants George L.
