Tho appellee commenced suit in the Com- . mon Pleas Court of Henry county against the appellants for specific performance, and for work and labor. The complaint is in three pmragrapihs. 1. That defendant Livesey, on the 21st of February, 1857, purchased of one Bundy a *399tract of laud, describing it, for eleven hundred dollars, for which, sum the former became indebted to the latter; that tlio plaintiff was the son of defendant Livesey, and was then of the age of twenty-two years; that in consideration that the former would work for the latter until the land was paid for, the defendant Livesey…
